For athletes and weekend warriors there can be a void of exercise instruction if you want to build a better physical foundation.  Some people have joint pain but not bad enough to invest the time to see a doctor or physical therapist.  Some people just don't have the time or resources.  We want to help keep you in the game.


While there is no substitute for individualized face to face healthcare when you're injured, we want to help those who don't fit into the current system but need assistance. 


Our mission is to provide access to safe and effective strengthening and body mechanics guidance that will address many common biomechanical issues at reasonable costs and maximum convenience.


Many problems require comprehensive care in person with a doctor or physical therapist.  We are here to help with the ones that don't.
