We really want you to feel better not worse. Please do the exercises slowly and gently. If you feel pain with any exercise you should decrease the range of motion and intensity of resistance. If you can't modify an exercise to be pain free then SKIP IT and do what you can. Doing something is better than nothing but doing nothing is better than doing too much when you're in pain.
No one ever got better by feeling more of their pain while they exercised.
